CEO/Course Presenter

Dr. Stephan Scoggins

Dr. Stephan Scoggins is a RN, MPH, PhD and has been a vendor in the State of California as an approved provider for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly and Adult Residential Facilities. He holds a California RCFE Administrator’s Certification. After caring for his mother in 2019, Dr. Scoggins opened his own RCFE in Palm Springs, CA, solely as a tribute to his mother. Now, returning to his hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, he is very pleased to not only be an approved Tier 2 Administrator, he is also an approved pre-licensure trainer to provide the required instruction that will assist others in opening safe and competent homes, to duplicate the loving care and compassion that he was able to provide his mother.
